Are you ready to learn more about yourself? Have you always wanted to connect with ponies or horses as you spend time with like-minded humans? Do you want to strengthen your relationship with your mind and body? EC Workshops are for you! Together we'll connect with horses and ponies in a natural, serene environment. We'll have one-on-one time with your animal partner. The workshop will include group discussions with other humans on similar journeys. We'll tap into your natural goodness to nurture your wellbeing in mind & body through movement, laughter, and quiet times. We'll determine what supports your mind and body, including how to take that support home with you. Lets play, learn, and experience a break together for a day.
